3. In cases necessary to promote the healthy upbringing of children and for the improvement of public health, where gaining the opinion of the persons involved proves difficult.
4. In cases in which it is necessary to provide cooperation with national organizations, local public organizations, or those who have cosigned in regards to the execution of business established by laws and ordinances, and there is a concern that the relevant business will be causes damage through gaining the approval of the personal involved.

Provision to third parties

In the following cases determined in the guidelines, not including particular decisions made in law and ordinances, we will not provide customers' personal information to third parties without the customers consent.
1. Based on laws and ordinances.
2. In cases necessary for the protection of property for human lives or health etc. where gaining the opinion of the person involved proves difficult.
3. In cases necessary to promote the healthy upbringing of children and for the improvement of public health, where gaining the opinion of the persons involved proves difficult.
4. In cases in which it is necessary to provide cooperation with national organizations, local public organizations, or those who have cosigned in regards to the execution of business established by laws and ordinances, and there is a concern that the relevant business will be causes damage through gaining the approval of the personal involved.

Claims for disclosure etc.
If the customer wishes to suspend the notification of personal information, disclosure of personal information, corrections, and additions, the use of deleted or personal information, or provision to third parties, please send a request to our company's inquiry center.
Safety management measures
Our company, together with endeavoring to maintain the most accurate and up-to-date details in regards to customers' personal information, will take the necessary and appropriate safety management measures in order to protect against unauthorized access, falsification, disclosure, loss, and damages.
Continuous improvement
Our company will endeavor to continuously improve its handling of personal information in-house through the maintenance of internal regulations for the preservation of personal information, the training of employees, and the implementation of internal audits.
